Banana Choco-Nut Muffin

The most popular choice among the four recipes, our Banana Choco-Nut Muffin recipe makes about 12 muffins. You can also find the following recipe on the back of each Guild:Plus packaging.

Two muffins provide one daily dosage of Guild:Plus.

 

Dry ingredients:

- 3/4 cup Guild: Plus, packed (100g)

- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips 

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Wet Ingredients

- 1/4 cup of milk of your choice

- 1 medium banana, mashed

- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey)

- 1/4 cup coconut or vegetable oil

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

- Pre-heat oven to 350F

- Mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts in a mixing bowl

- Mix all wet ingredients in another mixing bowl

- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix together

- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts with a spatula

- Spoon the batter into the muffin tray and bake for 40-45 minutes, rotate halfway through. 

- Remove immediately after baking and cool on wire rack 

Loaded Oatmeal Cookies

For people who may want a sweet treat, we have developed Loaded Oatmeal Cookies that are both delicious and healthier to conventional sugar-loaded cookies. This recipe makes around 20 cookies. 

Two cookies provide one daily dosage of Guild:Plus.

Dry Ingredients:

- 1.25 cup oats

- 1 cup of Guild: Plus (130g)

- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

- 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup of raisins

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Wet Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)

- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)

Instructions:

- Pre-heat oven to 350F

- Mix all dry ingredients except  chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts

- Mix all wet ingredients in another mixing bowl

- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until the dough is wet and sticky, fold in the chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts. 

- Shape the dough into 1.5 inch balls and put on baking sheet with 1 inch space between each ball. Gently flatten each dough to 3/4 inch thick. 

- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden around the edges

- Remove immediatly after baking and cool on wire rack

Green Smoothie

The green smoothie is one of two smoothie recipes that was developed by Notitia. It is a quick solution and a tastier alternative to drinking Guild: Plus with water. This recipe makes one serving. 

Each serving contains 1-2 scoops of Guild:Plus for recommended daily dosage.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach

- 1 cup liquid of choice (water, milk, juice)

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

- 1/2 cup frozen mango

- 1 banana

- 1-2 scoops Guild: Plus

Instructions:

- Blend the spinach with the liquid of choice until all chunks are gone

- Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender

- Blend together until the content becomes smooth and creamy

- Pour into glass and serve immediately

- You can also prepare a smoothie ahead of time and freeze it! Once frozen, remove from the freezer to thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

Berry Good Smoothie

While a spinach-based smoothie may not be the #1 choice for some, Notitia has also created a berrybased smoothie that is a little sweeter! This recipe makes one serving. 

Each serving contains 1-2 scoops of Guild:Plus for recommended daily dosage.

 

Ingredients:

- 1 cup apple juice (or liquid of choice)

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries

- 1 banana

- 1-2 scoops Guild: Plus

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

- Add all ingredients in the blender except the chia seeds

- Blend together until all chunks are gone

- Add the chia seeds and blend once more until smooth.

- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- You can also prepare a smoothie ahead of time and freeze it! Once frozen, remove from the freezer and thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
