I enjoy the taste; and enjoy thinking it is healthy and sufficient in nutrients . But I would like to have more guidance. Especially when using on elderly.

It took some slight adjustments for the optimal amount. Once defined, I don't go a day without it. It has supported my health possibly more than any other supplement to date. The recipe for the cake on the bag is my go to 95% of the time. Thank you Notitia! My sugar, weight and overall feeling of well being is far better now.

Try the whole month for morning breakfast which friend gave it to me. The problem of constipation which always bothered me is gone. My body feels more light and easy.

I've tried a lot of different dietary fiber supplements before, but most of them didn't seem to do much good. They just provided a bit of psychological comfort without actually helping me. However, I finally found a product that works: Guild:Plus is by far the most effective! Before I started taking Guild:Plus at least once a day, I used to experience knee joint inflammation and pain every month or so. But since I've started taking it, my knee joints hardly ever feel inflamed, swollen, or painful. Guild:Plus has been incredibly effective in improving the symptoms of inflammation in my body, and I'm extremely grateful for it. I'm so glad that my friend, Linda, told me about this amazing fiber mix!

For a long time, I have been troubled by constipation and have tried many methods, but none of them have been effective in the long run. Before this product was launched, I was lucky enough to try it before it was publicly available for sale, thanks to a friend's recommendation. Since drinking this product every morning, I have not had any more problems with constipation. Going to the bathroom has been smooth and quick, and the feeling is simply amazing!

I was in the clinical trial over a year ago and plan to take this product for life. The website supports a lot of what I learned over the past year. I find lesser amounts than the normal dosage work perfect for me. I would suggest starting with less, and slowly increasing dosage to get the results you desire. Thank you to all whom worked on this product.
