Notitia is building the CoreGuild Wellness Program, a cash-pay practitioner channel for metabolic health, weight management, and GLP-1-adjacent patient support.

We work with family medicine physicians, gastroenterologists, metabolic health practitioners, weight-loss practices, and other cash-pay or hybrid practices that want a practical, differentiated way to support patients with nutrition-first metabolic care centered on the Foundation Guild and Pathobiont Guild, the Two Competing Guilds of the gut microbiota.

Our current focus is Guild:Plus, a microbiome-informed fiber support product designed to help practitioners operationalize nutrition guidance for patients in metabolic health and GLP-1-related settings. Over time, participating practices may also offer optional microbiome testing on the Foundation Guild bacteria, digital follow-up tools, and advanced practitioner education and certification.
